Parkhill Self Storage is a small business, so unlike some big “chain store” storage facilities we take a personal interest in our customers. We work with our customers to meet their needs and schedules. We look forward to seeing our customers and helping them in any way we can.

The most important thing in choosing a storage facility is to be confident that your belongings will be looked after. Our location is in a quiet rural residential setting. At our building you lock your own storage locker, AND we lock down the whole building. There is a 24-hour monitored security alarm system, as well as 24-hour video surveillance in place at any time we are not personally present. We always know who is in the building and we control what exterior doors are open. We are also personally in the facility every day.

Mice and other vermin can be a real concern in the storage business. At Parkhill Self Storage  we have a professionally monitored pest control system (the same system used by major food warehouses) to keep anything from getting into our building. 

If you are storing any furniture, electronics, clothing, and wood or upholstered items you DEFINITELY want heated storage. Heated (not climate controlled) storage means that your items wont be subjected to any extreme cold (or heat in the summer) or any rapid humidity changes. All of our units are heated and maintained at a steady temperature so you never have to worry about throwing out your belongings when you take them out of storage. At Parkhill Heated Storage, our heated units are comparably priced to our competition’s non-heated units.

If you don’t need heated storage or want to save even more money, we now offer non-heated 20 foot long shipping containers available for rent. A perfect option for items that aren’t temperature sensitive or short term storage solutions. If you are going to be in a position of being between houses for a several days, weeks, or even months, this is a great option. These are NOT mobile, and are only available on-site.

We also offer outdoor vehicle storage, with 24/7 gate access. 

If you want to be able to come and go with your vehicle any time you wish, then Slot Parking” is the way to go. You are renting your own parking slot and will be given a personalized gate code so you can access your vehicle 24/7, we even keep the lot plowed across the front of the parking slots if you want access to your vehicle in the winter months. Slot parking is perfect for people with large campers that they only use on weekends and don’t want the hassle of dragging them through town and taking up the whole driveway all week!
